What you can expect in a session: Beginning of a session – just lay down; close your eyes, relax, and let your thoughts go. You will feel the bowls being placed on and around you – after that the sound/vibration takes care of the rest. The Tibetan Singing Bowls encourage a healthy vibration in each cell. The sound/vibrations help to reduce stress, discomfort, inflammation, can alter consciousness, and brings a sense of inner peace.

During the session: Tibetan singing bowls are placed on and around you in a unique geometric pattern. Matthew will play the bowls in a unique and intuitive pattern based on the information he receives from them and their sound. No one person is alike and no one session is the same as another. That is the true beauty of these instruments and us!

Session w/Marma Therapy: The ancient indian art of treating specific vital points on the human body. It is one of the greatest healing secrets of Ayurveda. The marma points in the body are considered to be access points to body, mind, and consciousness. The knowledge of marma allows the practitioner to influence the flow of prana through both the gross and subtle bodies for the purposes of restoring health and peace of mind. Paula will use light finger pressure over the specific vital points on the body to stimulate healing and the movement of energy (prana) through the body.
