Shed the stress and burdens!
This class will encourage you to slow down, and reconnect with yourself. You will explore a combination of yoga postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), mudras and meditation. Open to students wanting to reduce stress, calm the mind, boost your feelings of well-being, and experience an inner stillness. All levels and physical abilities are welcome. Modifications will be given for beginner students and variations will be offered for all levels.
TriYoga Basics - Level One
Explore relaxation-in-action, wave-like spinal movements and economy of motion. With the systematic approach, students increase their knowledge of posture and flow, as well as strength, flexibility, endurance and breath control. Through sustained awareness on all aspects of the practice, the movement of body, breath and mudra harmonize and the inner flow naturally emerges. Students of all levels are welcome.
